Do I need a Pipeline OS membership?
No. Any licensed Texas agent can open a free TC account and send us a file at $375. Members pay $300 on every file.
When do I pay?
At closing, out of the commission. There's no card on file and no monthly fee. If a transaction terminates before closing we may invoice for the work already done, and we'll always tell you first.
Will you contact my clients?
Yes, with your knowledge. Your coordinator introduces themselves to every party at the start and handles scheduling and deadlines. Anything that's a negotiation stays with you.
Are you doing anything that needs a license?
No. Coordination is administrative work. We don't negotiate, advise on price, or give legal or tax advice. You remain the agent of record.
